Due to environmental and insurance reasons Rainbow Valeting does not carry water or power on board so all mobile bookings must have a water and power connection, we also offer a collect and valet service at our Cirencester premises for anyone without water and power facilities.

Please remove all personal belongings, money and other substantial items from their vehicle prior to any type of valet.

We can not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.

Child seats must be refitted by you; we will not be able to refit seats under any circumstances.

We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill-fitting trim, loose or faulty parts. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start the valet.

All payments must be made on the day, upon completion of the service as in some case with full day bookings a non refundable deposit maybe required.

Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it could be necessary to make changes but we will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to arrival.

All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customers own risk.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an extra surcharge that will be agreed prior to work commencing.

We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking.

Our prices are based on valet type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a from price.

Any price we quote over the telephone is an estimate only and need to be used as a guide and not a guarantee if the valeted vehicle exceeds normal levels of work required.

We reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.

All full valets, interior valets and specialist cleaning bookings, need to be secured along with a debit or bank bank credit card prior to arrival of the valeter (see cancellation policy).

Bookings outside a 10 mile radius of Cirencester may incur an extra charge this will agree when quoting prior to the valet commencing.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking /valet type

Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the valet price.

We reserve the right to take full payment if a valet is cancelled on the day without prior agreement.

We reserve the right to alter, amend or move a booking time/date in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.

Voucher terms and condition

All vouchers come with no time limit.

Any voucher obtained through a charity auction or received as a donated prize can be gifted.

Voucher must be present at time of being redeemed.

If service required exceeds value of the voucher the balance must be paid at time of the voucher being redeemed unless previously agreed.
